Delivery Conditions by Courier in Istanbul
Minimum ordering amount for deliveries by courier in Istanbul is 1000 TL.
The delivery time of your order may take up to 1-2 hours in a nearby location and 3-7 hours in a remote location. Courier delivery times may vary depending on the destination region, adverse weather conditions and density. Accordingly, there may be delays.
Please Note: Our baklava is produced daily. According to this matter, product unavailability will render the delivery conditions invalid.
All orders placed until 19:00 are delivered to recipients on the same day by courier.
In case delivery cannot be made due to reasons originating from the buyer (the fact that incomplete address or the recipient is not at the address), product's price will be refunded by deducting courier's fee.
A separate courier fee will be charged for each orders placed for future date and time intervals.
*The courier fee differs depending on the buyer's specified address. Our customer care representative will share current courier charge with you after receiving address details for delivery by courier.
* Your invoice is going to be sent to your e-mail address given in your order within 7 working days. Once the invoice is sent, it cannot be canceled or altered.
We have no hourly deliveries.
Courier deliveries are made every day of the week.

Cargo Delivery within Turkey
All orders placed until 15:30 on Wednesday are delivered to the cargo on the same day. After your order is delivered to the cargo, notification by SMS and e-mail is provided by the cargo company. All baklava orders placed after 15.30 on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday at the earliest.
There is no baklava shipping on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that our baklava products will be delivered to you freshly and will not be held at the courier company at the
weekend.
*Baklava is produced daily so same-day delivery is not possible if there is no product.
*The delivery time to the cargo may be reset to an earlier time on days when there is adverse weather conditions!
We kindly ask you to check the package during cargo deliveries and if there is any damage, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
Our company is not responsible for the processes after delivery.
International Cargo Delivery

Your orders are sent to you within the best timeframe to be delivered to you as soon as possible. The weekend of the country ordered by our customers are evaluated and shipping is carried out by our operation department.
*Taxes and duties regulated by country authority of the buyer for overseas orders shall be under the responsibility of the buyer.
* For orders placed in European Union countries, there is no need to pay any customs fees, as the customs tax (VAT) will automatically be added to your order. If your country's customs make a request in this regard, please contact our customer service.
*Our company shall not be responsible for problems and taxes in customs. The recipient shall be responsible for completing the customs procedures.
By responding promptly to emails sent by DHL or Fedex regarding confirmation of product worth or content information required by country customs will speed up the delivery time. Customs processes of each country operates differently. If you do not have enough information on this subject, our customer service will assist you.
Our company shall not be responsible for the scattering of the products during the cargo deliveries.
