Storage and Consumption Instructions for Baklava
Our baklava has been tested for storage at -18 ºC for durations of 10, 20, and 30 days.
Before consumption, we recommend the following defrosting method:
- Defrosting at +4 ºC (2 hours in the refrigerator followed by 30 minutes at room temperature) best preserves the flavour, crispiness, and texture of the product.
- Defrosting only at room temperature may result in loss of texture (softening or dryness), and chocolate-based products may exhibit oil separation.
According to test results, when proper defrosting conditions are followed, the quality of the product can be largely maintained for up to 30 days.
