Ingredients: Black tea, bergamot flavouring.
 

Hafiz Mustafa 1864 – Turkish Tea Preparation & Storage Guide

Brewing Turkish Tea – For 4 People

· 20 grams of Hafiz Mustafa tea

· 500 ml of boiling water

· 15 minutes steeping time
 

Instructions:

1. Pour 500 ml of boiling water into your teapot.
2. Gently add 20 grams of Hafiz Mustafa tea over the water.
3. Allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes without stirring.
4. Once brewed, strain and pour the desired amount of tea into a glass.
5. Top up the remainder of the glass with boiling water to taste.
    

Brewing Turkish Tea – For 2 People

· 10 grams of Hafiz Mustafa tea

· 250 ml of boiling water

· 10 minutes steeping time
 

Instructions:

1. Pour 250 ml of boiling water into your teapot.
2. Add 10 grams of Hafiz Mustafa tea directly over the water.
3. Leave to steep for 10 minutes.
4. Once ready, strain and pour the preferred amount of brewed tea into the glass.
5. Complete the serving by topping up with boiling water.
